AI + Human Hybrid Coaching: What K.E.N.N.Y. Does (and Doesn't) Do

The problem with pure AI coaching

You can ask ChatGPT for interview prep at 2am. It will give you a plausible answer. It will also confidently tell you things that are wrong for your specific industry, seniority level, or clearance status — and you won't know which parts are wrong until you're in the room.

The problem with pure human coaching

I can coach maybe 20 people a week, one-on-one, if I give up sleep. There are 6 million active US job seekers on any given day. The math doesn't work.

The hybrid

K.E.N.N.Y. handles: first-draft resumes, LinkedIn rewrites, ATS scoring, keyword gap analysis, interview question drills, negotiation scripts, follow-up email templates, and any question you'd normally Google at midnight.

I handle (via [Real Human Review](/dashboard/review-request)): the last-mile polish, judgment calls on senior-level phrasing, clearance signaling nuance, tough negotiation situations with counter-offers on the table, and the "should I actually take this job?" conversation.

The default is: use K.E.N.N.Y. for everything, then submit for human review when the stakes are high enough that a second pair of expert eyes is worth it.

Why this works

Most of a job search is *volume work* — 40 applications, 40 tailored resumes, 40 tweaked cover letters. AI does that at a quality level a human can't sustain. The last 5% — the offer negotiation, the exec-level headline, the "how do I explain this 18-month gap" — is where human judgment earns its keep.

Pay $20/mo for the AI. Pay for a human review when you actually need one. Don't pay $3K for a coaching package that gives you the same STAR-method PDF everyone else got.
